The legal framework establishes a period of 14 days from the date of the order to return a product that you are not satisfied (according to art. 102 and 104 of the R.D.L. 1/2007). In EFT we extend this period and offer you 20 days from the date of the order to make such return.

For this type of returns, the customer will have to send to EFT facilities the product you want to return. Please note that the product must be returned in perfect condition, unopened and unused and in its original packaging (including all labels, instructions...). Previously you must contact our customer service to request a return number to the email: in order to locate your order when we receive the return. Without this previous step we will not accept any return.

Once we receive the product/s in our facilities we will check that it is in perfect condition and we will proceed to refund the amount through the same form of payment made in the order.

The refund of this amount will be made effective in your account within a maximum period of 14 days. In case of payment by credit card, you must take into account the internal terms of each bank.

Please note that at EFT we do not accept freight collect shipments. This will always be rejected.

Right of withdrawal:

As a buyer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase. The deadline is 14 days from receipt of order and you always have to communicate the withdrawal within that period, otherwise it will not be valid. Remember that you have to deliver the product/s in perfect condition, unused and unopened and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions for use.  It is important to communicate it from the contact form or through

The shipping costs for this type of returns will be paid by the customer. In case the original order has associated shipping costs, the shipping costs of a standard 3-5 days delivery will always be paid (even if the original order has a more urgent delivery).

Product Availability/Stock-outs.

EFT reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount of your order if it is not possible to ship or deliver the goods in the terms mentioned above or except in case of manifest error in the price of the product. In these exceptional cases we will always communicate with the customer before proceeding to such refund.
